Kate Green

Kate qualified as a Solicitor in London in 2006, and is a specialist criminal defence lawyer who obtained Higher Rights in 2007.

She has worked as a criminal advocate in London advising clients both at court and in the police station on a range of cases including fraud, serious violence, drugs and sexual offences.

Following a relocation in 2007, Kate moved in-house to prosecute Local Authority cases including fraud matters, education and other regulatory crime. She also conducted licensing matters, civil advocacy and casework .

At Renshaw Derrick, Kate is utilising her experience in successful case preparation as well as conducting advocacy in both the Magistrates’ and Crown Courts and advising clients at the Police Station.

Kate has attained a good level of both German and French language.
