The Firm has been peer reviewed by Solicitors appointed by the Legal Services Commission and has again been awarded the 2nd highest rating of 'Competent Plus' out of the 5 possible ratings.
The Firm was applauded for it's pro-active defence of clients, often giving added value and superior representation. In a number of cases the Firm had 'provided advice which was more thoughtful than is seen in many cases.' Furthermore the Firm had demonstrated 'a level of care extending past resolution of the instance case' and had 'considerable sensitivity in the manner of contact with the client and his Wife'. The review went on to note that the Firm 'achieved good results for its clients, often better than those expected by the reviewing Lawyers'.
