We are approved by the Legal Services Commission to conduct publicly funded criminal defence litigation and between them Robert and Doug have over 45 years experience in this field. Both Robert and Doug are formidable Advocates with well earned reputations for skillful and courageous representation of their clients.
The Firm has particular experience in representing private clients facing road traffic allegations or other diverse regulatory offences across the whole range of matters coming before criminal courts including, for example, alleged breach of Tree Preservation Orders, breach of construction and use/plating and testing regulations for heavy vehicles and prosecutions by Southern Sea Fisheries Authority.
